1 Week Before:

• Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning.

• Discontinue use of retinoids, glycolic/salicylic acid, or other exfoliating products.

• Avoid certain supplements like Tumeric/Curcumin, Arnica, Ginko Biloba, both before and after treatment.

3–5 Days Before:

• Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements like aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, vitamin E, turmeric, or ginkgo (unless prescribed).
