Refund Policy

Thank you for your business! Pricing for services is subject to change. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem purchased service(s). To prepay after you’ve left your appointment, please email us with the items and quantities you’d like to purchase.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on skin care products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Prepayments for services are refundable within 10 days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you: Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

No-Shows or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Or if your service is for neurotoxin or dermal filler appointments, you will be charged a flat fee of $250.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy Update

In the event of inclement weather, our cancellation policy aims to maintain transparency and fairness while considering the safety of our clients. Please review the following guidelines: 

Closure due to Inclement Weather

If our facility closes due to severe weather conditions, clients will not incur any cancellation fees for scheduled appointments during that period. 

School Closure and Operational Status 

We closely monitor local school closures due to weather-related concerns. In the event that schools close, and our facility remains open, clients will not be charged a cancellation fee for missed appointments on snow and bad weather days. 

Temperature-Related Cancellations

It is important to note that the cancellation fee waiver applies specifically to inclement weather conditions. Regular cancellation policies will still be in effect, and clients will be charged if they choose to cancel their appointment within the 24-hour window solely based on cold weather temperatures. 

General Cancellation Reminder: 

On regular days, we kindly remind clients to call at least 24 hours ahead if rescheduling or cancelling is necessary. This helps avoid the cancellation fee and opens opportunities for other clients to schedule appointments.
